The Scandinavian Masters, currently known as the Nordea Masters for sponsorship reasons, is an annual golf tournament on the European Tour which is played in Sweden.

The tournament has its origins in the late 1960s with the Volvo Open, which became the Scandinavian Enterprise Open in 1973, when it also became the first Swedish stop on the European Tour schedule. In 1991, the SEO merged with the PLM Open, with the resultant tournament being called the Scandinavian Masters.

The Scandinavian Masters is currently the only European Tour event to be held in Scandinavia, and in 2010 had a prize fund of €1.6 million, which is at the lower end of the scale for European Tour events held in the tour's home continent.

Until 2011, the tournament was played at the end of July or the beginning of August each year. For 2012, it has moved to the first weekend in June, and will be played from Wednesday to Saturday to allow players more time to travel to the following week's US Open.

On the European Tour this week is the Nordea Scandinavian Masters, a tournament that will be held at the Bro Hof Slott Golf Club in Stockholm, Sweden for a million and a half Euros. It happens from the 6th of June to the 9th. This tournament will be followed by one of the major golf tournaments, that join together all of the tours, from the 14th of June to the 17th. This will be the US Open Championship and it will be held at the Olympic Club, which is in the United States in San Francisco,California. After that, the Saint-Omer Open will be held.

The previous tournament on the European Tour was the May 31st through June 3rd ISPS Handa Wales Open, which will be at the Celtic Manor Resort in the City of Newport, Wales. It was won by Thongchai Jaidee. The field this year includes Pablo Matin, Reinier Saxton and Steve Webster as well as Andrew Dodt, Gary Orr and Chris Wood. Michael Jonzon will also be playing, as well as Felipe Aguilar and Sam Walker as well as Richard S. Johnson and Sergio Garcia. Others include defending champion from the last tournament Thongchai Jaidee.
