The Insperity Championship is a golf tournament on the Champions Tour. The tournament was founded in 2004 as the Administaff Small Business Classic. It is played annually in October in The Woodlands, Texas at the Woodlands Country Club. From 2004 to 2007 it was played in Spring, Texas at the Augusta Pines Golf Club. Insperity, previously known as Administaff, is the main sponsor of the tournament. The purse for the 2011 tournament was US$1,700,000 with $255,000 going to the winner - Brad Faxon.
On the Champions Tour this week, the Insperity Championship presented by UnitedHealthCare will happen at The Woodlands Country Club in The Woodlands, Texas. The purse for this tournament is $1,700,000 and it happens May 4th through the 6th. Brad Faxon was the big winner of this tournament last year, taking home the grand prize of $255,000. The next upcoming tournament is the Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid, which happens May 24th through the 27th and the Principal Charity Classic will be after that one.
